No Oil French Fries – Air Fryer Cooker

Here we go ! Sweet Tater french fries cooked in my big ass air fryer. No oils, so I used parchment paper to keep things from sticking.

 

The recipe is real simple: cut your sweet tater up, slather on some miso, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and Braggs Aminos. Cook at 450 for 25 mins & enjoy !!
