Plant Based Oil Free Black Bean Burger

Vegan, Plant Based Oil Free Black Bean Burger

This makes enough for 3 or 4 nice big burgers so you can have a few ready for when you just want to heat & eat. You can pan fry these babies or bake in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes. Your choice. Use any bean or chickpea you want. For this to be an extra-great meal I offer you also make some oil free onion rings to go with it. I use my plant based burgers as a tool to insure I eat enough greens, so grab that kale, mustard greens, beet greens or whatever you have that is green in the old crisper drawer.
